My name is Angie LaCoe and I am the owner and photographer of LaCoe Photography. I was born and raised in Wellsboro, PA 

 

I have always loved photography and my whole life, no matter what I was doing or where I was going, I always had a camera with me. It was a hobby that I always had a lot of fun with. I began to notice that it was becoming much more than a hobby and I started to pursue every means possible to learn more. I began taking every online workshop that I could find and enrolled in New York Institure of Photography. 

 

In 2010 I found myself at a crossroads with my career and needed to make some decisions. I was in a position where I had the time and opportunity to give photography a chance full time. I decided that I would give it a year and see what happened and in October 2011 LaCoe Photography officially opened. I was very fortunate in that first year and I was given some amazing opportunities that really helped to open doors for me and allowed my name to get out there in the community. 

 

In the time since I first made the decision to take this road I have never once regretted it. Even now, every single time that I book a session I still get as excited as I did when I booked my very first session. I absolutely love what I do and I strive to make sure that every client loves the final images that I present to them. I don't beleive that photography is just about "taking pictures"; to me it's about capturing memories and moments in time so that you are able to cherish them forever. 

 

I'm very fortunate to live in such a beautiful location and I use the amazing scenery as a backdrop for most of my sessions. I also love nature and travel photography and spend my free time photographing the beauty of this area and traveling as much as possible to other beautiful locations. If I am stressed, overwhelmed, or just need a break nothing makes me feel better then grabbing my camera and just spending a day randomly driving around on backroads looking for that perfect shot!
